Nurturing talent

Komori-Chambon ensures a mix of senior and junior collaborators. In our factory as well as in our design office, we rely on people whose average experience in the company reaches 20 years. We also invest in young people with a solid education (mechanical, electrical engineers). This creates an excellent balance between experience and up-to-date skills. In parallel, the training policy aims at constantly upgrading the global company’s skills level. It includes internal as well as external training programs.
