Komori‑Chambon Group expands its flexographic portfolio with the introduction of TwinFlex, a new compact flexographic press designed for high‑performance paperboard packaging applications.
Developed to combine production flexibility, premium print quality and a reduced footprint, TwinFlex is based on a dual‑deck modular design that allows converters to adapt the press configuration to their daily production needs. The concept enables fast job changeovers, optimized make‑ready times and efficient use of paperboard, while supporting demanding industrial performance requirements.
The new press has already been validated through its first installation in the United States, where TwinFlex successfully replaced an older‑generation flexographic press within a limited footprint. This initial reference confirms the press’s ability to deliver higher productivity and improved print quality, while meeting the operational constraints of modern paperboard packaging production.
