GR Mark I and Mark II rotogravure presses are fully computerised with memorisation of setting parameters for quick make-ready on recalled jobs.

Press management system with the Supervisor : press presetting, production data analysis and preventive maintenance programs.

Printing Trolley System

Quick offline make-readies thanks to removable printing trolleys carrying gravure cylinder, ink chamber, doctor blade, ink tank and pump. The automatic circumferential setting of the printing cylinders before run (ZeroSetting), drastically reduce the starting waste.

GR gravure presses can be fitted with flexo trolley for water-based flexo varnishes, front or reverse printing.

In-line finishing for film, paper and board
